History of Practice

I founded my practice in 1993. My original location was on South Church Street in Burlington.  Within the first year of practice however, I began making preparations to expand our facility.  The Alamance Regional Medical Center began construction in 1995, and a site for the new facility was chosen adjacent to this property.  The Kirkpatrick Medical Center building was constructed and opened in September 1995 abut the same time as the hospital’s opening. The Kirkpatrick Medical Center is host to urological, family medical, general surgical, radiological, and laboratory services.  Practices located within this complex include Burlington Family Practice, Daniel Urological Center, Alamance Surgical Associates, Cornerstone Medical Center, Alamance Regional Imaging, and Laboratory Corporation of America.   I relocated my main office to this complex and closed the smaller office on Church Street in October 1995.

Vasectomy reversal procedures are unfortunately not covered by health insurance policies as a rule and are not  procedures that I engage in any contractual relationship to accept insurance assignment. I try very hard to make vasectomy reversal surgery affordable for you and as such cannot accept insurance assignment for all or any portion of the procedure. My office staff therefore cannot assist you in filing or processing insurance claims for this purpose either. However, by controlling the total cost of the vasectomy reversal procedure for you, my total price is less than your hospital charges alone will be at many facilities.
